Red Cabbage Coleslaw

This is adapted from Eating Well magazine, served with their fish tacos, which are much healthier than my version.

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
zest of one lime
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
3 cups shredded red cabbage

Mix all the ingredients, except the cabbage, until smooth. Stir in the cabbage.

Serve with Fish Tacos.
