Matzo Balls

My friend Shelly gave me these directions. Shelley recommends using Croyden House Mix.

2 Tbsp. fat (chicken fat in a jar)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup matzo meal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. stock/water

Mix fat and eggs. Add matzo meal and salt, combine, add water. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Form the mix into balls and drop in the water. Boil for 30-40 minutes.

Serve in Chicken Soup of course.
