Korean Red Pepper Paste

Combine:
2 cups red pepper paste (I buy this in an Asian market)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic

Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then mix in 1 tsp. sesame seeds.
