Hors d’oeuvres sampling

A few classic 1980’s Hors d’oeuvres

Bread & Cheese
Mix together:
chopped onion
enough mayonnaise to stick together

On a slice of cocktail bread place a spoonful on the onion mixture and top with a slice of swiss cheese.
Bake 350˚ for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Kielbasi
Warm 1 ring of sliced Kielbasi with 1 jar currant jelly and 1 tsp. dry mustard.
Serve with crackers or sliced bread

Cocktail Meatballs
Make regular beef meatballs, only small (no kidding that’s my directions)
cook in 1 jar chili sauce and same amount of tomato sauce for about 1 hour.
You may also add 1 cup of jelly, such as grape. Strange but it is good.
