Blueberry Pie Filling

1/2 cup water
4 cups blueberries, divided
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. orange or lime juice
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. corn starch

Bring 2 cups blueberries and remaining ingredients to a boil and cook to thicken.  Remove from heat and add remaining 2 cups blueberries.
