Black Beans & Corn

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 can black beans, drained
1 tomato chopped or 1/4 cup diced canned tomatoes
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 can green chiles, diced
1 cup corn
salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion & garlic until translucent.
Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup of water or broth. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
