16 oz can salmon
1 tbsp grated onion
(or 1/2 onion & celery stalk chopped in food processor)
1 cup soft bread crumbs or mashed potatoes
(1 potato cooked in the microwave and mashed works great)
salt & pepper to taste
(1 tsp. minced fresh dill, optional)
Mix together. Form patties.
Dip in dry bread crumbs
These are also very good grilled. Skip the bread crumbs.
