Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
3 slices white bread, shredded and soaked in milk
1/2 cup ketchup (about)
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon parsley, minced or crumbled if dried

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients mixing well. Put in loaf pan or Grandma style mound in available pan.

May be topped with ketchup or remaining cream of mushroom soup, or anything else you like.

Bake 55 – 60 minutes, until done. Meat thermometer should read 160°.

Drain off excess fat before serving.
